Irish Scones Mix

These scones are light and airy and full of flavor.  For an added twist, add some chocolate chips.

Ingredients:  flour, sugar, powdered milk, golden raisins, currants, baking powder, cream of tartar, & cinnamon.

Directions:  Preheat oven to 450°.  Combine the mix, 3/4 cup of water, & 2 tablespoons of butter.  Mix until combined but do not overmix. Spread into a greased 8" round pan.  Bake for 15-17 minutes,  Cut like a pie.
