This is the best cornbread you will ever put in your mouth. I have no other way to describe it. It is adaptable so with just a few ingredients you can make it into a honey-sweet cornbread or a Mexican cornbread.
Ingredients: flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, cream of tartar, & cornmeal.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the mix, 1/2 cup butter(melted), & 2 large eggs, &1 cup of milk. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 8-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. To make muffins grease the cups and bake for 15-22 minutes.
