Butterscotch Cookie Mix

I love Butterscotch! This mix makes 24 cookies that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:  flour, sugar, brown sugar, coconut, rice crispies, walnuts, butterscotch chips, salt, baking powder, & baking soda.

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350°.  Combine the mix, 1/2 cup butter, 1 large egg, & 1 teaspoon of vanilla then and mix well until combined.  Shape into small 1" balls and press them down with a fork dipped in sugar.  Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheets.
