Butterscotch Brownie Mix

I love Butterscotch! This mix makes 2 small pans of brownies or 1 large pan.

Ingredients:  coconut, walnuts, brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, & baking soda.

Directions:  Preheat oven to 375°.  Put mix into a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix, add 3/4 cup of very soft butter, 2 eggs(slightly beaten), & 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix until completely blended.  Spread batter into a sprayed 9 x 13 metal pan.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Cool for 15 minutes in the pan.
